Pineapple lemonade is the ultimate summer drink—sweet, tangy, and bursting with tropical flavors. This refreshing beverage combines the bright acidity of lemons with the natural sweetness of pineapples
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Fresh pineapple slices and lemon wedges (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Lemon Juice
Roll the lemons on the counter to soften them, then cut them in half.
Juice the lemons using a juicer or citrus press, straining out any seeds.
Step 2: Make the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup cool.
Step 3: Mix the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, pineapple juice, and cooled simple syrup.
Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well to combine.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Serve over ice, garnished with fresh pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and mint leaves.
