    • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
    • 1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 4 cups cold water
    • Ice cubes
    • Fresh pineapple slices and lemon wedges (for garnish)
    • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

      Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Lemon Juice

        • Roll the lemons on the counter to soften them, then cut them in half.
        • Juice the lemons using a juicer or citrus press, straining out any seeds.

Step 2: Make the Simple Syrup

        • In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup cool.

      Step 3: Mix the Lemonade

        • In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, pineapple juice, and cooled simple syrup.
        • Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well to combine.
  •        Step 4: Chill and Serve

      • Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill.
      • Serve over ice, garnished with fresh pineapple slices, lemon wedges, and mint leaves.
